Sales Tax

A 5% sales tax will apply to all orders sent within the state of Massachusetts. While we don't collect sales tax on orders sent to other states, you may be responsible for paying sales tax on any order shipped to your state. Cancellation of Order

If customer calls, writes or emails Berkshire Fabric & Wallpaper Outlet prior to the product being shipped, the order may be cancelled.

Returns - Refunds

Fabrics

Fabric is cut to order and therefore is a non-returnable item. Please inspect your fabric BEFORE cutting. In the unlikely event you receive a defective piece, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the fabric free of charge, once defective goods are returned. Dyes in fabric will sometime very from dye lot to dye lot, so please order enough at the time of your purchase to assure you have the same color lot to complete your project. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment.

Wallpaper

If you are ordering wallpapers, borders or fabrics that co-ordinate we recommend that you do not begin installation until you have received all the items. Carefully inspect and examine your wallpaper before you begin your project. In the unlikely event you receive defective wallpaper, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the wallpaper free of charge, once you return the defective goods. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment.
We also recommend you purchase an extra double roll or spool of the pattern you select. This allows extra paper on hand, in the same dye lot to ensure a perfect match and enables future repairs.
Wallpaper can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 14 days of receipt of wallpaper order. Only unopened, un-cut products, in their original factory packaging are returnable.
Cost for shipping returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
